I will introduce to you 3 very successful celebrities in the top of their game, and have been in their business a long time.
In fact, all 3 state that is daily meditation practice that has created their longevity.
There are 2 of them who are music moguls and once you hear their names you may be surprised.
There two are top performers in the music industry and both are multimillionaires as well.
The other party was a major screen actor, now a famous movie director and producer once you hear his name, it will also astonish you.
I share with you these power brokers to show you why you need to practice meditation too.
Before I tell you who they are I would like to share with you a SIMPLE, EASY, and requiring less than ONE MINUTE meditation practice, for the busy person who you might do.
I call it the 5 X 5 x 5 requiring less than a minute meditation practice which doesn’t take 20 or 30 minutes as done in a more traditional mediation program. It's because I believe FREQUENCY is better than length of practice.
One benefit is that you can increase the frequency of your practice throughout your day and get the same or I believe better results than the traditional approach above. Just increase the frequency and do it 5, 10 or 20 times throughout your day. Within less than a week, I promise your life will never be the same.
So here is a real benefit not only using it in mindfulness, (or if you are not feeling happy, you can use meditation to transition back into happy and joyful mood again.
But what it also does over time is that you will begin to lengthen out your breathe. What you are doing is shifting out of short fearful breathing and entering into a loving longer breath pattern. That being said, soon your life will become richer and you will become more ALIVE and present.

Lastly, I decided to add a famous movie actor, director, and producer who has been in the movie scene for most of his life. He is so famous and has held a long career in show business which he suggests he was able to do because of his ability through meditation to create better grounding and enjoy a lasting career.
