Dr. Steve's Holistic Weight-Loss System. Which is not only taking off the pounds but FEELING GOOD too. Because both are Vital.
If you every read Old English at the time of Shakespear, a man by the name of Geoffrey Chaucer was one who came on the scene.
Chaucer is famous because he wrote a book called, "Canterbury Tales" which represent many different people wthin society during that period, attending a pilgrimage in England as the Pardoner from Rome, spying and offering PAID indulgences for any shady conduct that might have transpired along the trail.
One character attending Oxford College during that period was "The Student" that Chaucer found to be of interest, of which I paraphrase in Chaucer's discussion as to his particular opinion of the student which was that:
"The Student Starved his body to feed his mind".
I liken this idea to most of us today. Most of us may not starve but in other ways abuse our bodies to feed our minds. Over eating and eating a lot of processed foods and even over eating of junk foods is how many of us live. And in the process, too many of really DON'T FEEL GOOD at least physically speaking.
But even taking it deeper, what I also mean by this is that we spend so much of our time on the job, attending college to find a rewarding career, which in spending so much job time, we eat fast and at fast food establishments or even when we are at home we eat a lot refined fast cooked foods at home.
And in doing this, we somehow forget that our bodies are the only residence wherein we live.
Remember, we only have one residence where we can live and we can move in and out of many of our residences any time we want, but we only have one body in which to live.
So because it is our only residence within which to live we need to learn how to take care of it.
We somehow like Chaucer's student have got sidetracked and have put the cart ahead of the horse.
The first thing you need to know is that most of us rarely think about and it is this:
If you will unlike the student, look after your body 1st, then your mind, job and career will look after itself.
My second message in Weight-Loss is very simple, for it to be Holistic, and that is "You have to go SLOW to GO FAST"
To many of those Yo-Yo diets and even Jenny Craig and Nutri-System weight loss systems are not that they are not good, but one problem exists and that is because of what happens once you get down to your ideal weight and because of its costs, you now have to get off of it.
Now it becomes too easy to revert back to your old practices once you leave their systems. So you need to find a method that not only takes off the weight, but for a minimal cost can keep it off for good.
You have to find a better approach and one that will in fact, change your life forever. That is my desire in teaching you my own system. It is a system that I use day in day out and works for me.
Another approach is to do down the the gym and pay money to work out. If this is the way you want to operate then it is best stop reading more but if you want to create real change, then please read on.
The difficulty with all of these problems is to ask is the program I am presently using is it sustainable. That is why a more holistic approach is a far better approach for you to take. A more holistic approach is sustainable because it becomes your very own program, and one that you personally own.
Yes it may be a bit slower, but you didn't put on all those excess pounds all at once, so thinking that they will come of so fast is living in a dream, because even if it is a slower plan, it is natures true weight-loss plan.
Losing weight is similar to making money. There are two appraoches to making money. One is to make it and lose it which many people do but they never can become a millionaire. The second approach is to make it and keep in and sustain its growth. This is the method that not only will make you rich but is also the same method that you must take but you must take within your own weight program too. And whether you want to make it rich or lose weight, requires both your commitment and discipline combined.
My desire for you is but to return back each week and I will offer you a new approach that I use and one I believe you can use too not only take off the pounds and look great, but even more important to help you FEEL GREAT. If you take off the pounds and look good for others and yet you don't FEEL GREAT then you will have missed how losing weight holistically, can help you create your very own happy life.
So get ready each week to learn something new as I list ideas and also products and how to best use them ones that I use or have used that might in fact change your life. And not only allow you to lose weight, but make you FEEL GREAT in the process.
