Woman's Secret ~ How Mind Body and Charisma are connected. Charisma, you have to learn on you own and is something you can’t learn attending college ~ It's a skill Marilyn Monrow lived.
Olivia Fox Cabane is an expert on Charisma. She studied the topic of Charisma and what it was while attending graduate school.
She teaches CEO's all over the US on ways that they can gain Charisma and something that you can learn too.
What you can learn in applying the 3 principles of the Olivia Fox Cabane program which are:
Presence, Power and Warmth which she teaches to CEO of major companies as their coach?
Cabane talks about how Norma Jeane Baker was just an ordinary teenager but learned a skill called Charisma while in her 20's and who remerged to become the famous charismatic Marilyn Monroe.
Cobane suggests that is Marilyn could do it so could anyone, if they only knew how to develop that skill.
Marilyn didn't know much about mind - body connection, something that thanks to Neuro Science we know a lot more about today. It is that skill that Carbane suggests that you and I can learn, if we only knew how.
So in Cobane's research on Marilyn and even Steve Job.s who she suggests was one of the most Charismatic people she had ever met she developed 3 principles that all charismatic people possess.
So let's talk about these three principles and learn why becoming mind body connected, will help you gain more than half of Cabane's 3 principles.
Even very attractive women like even Marilyn Monroe, don’t think of themselves as attractive because of their own imperfections, but through learning presence, Cobane suggests that most woman are able to experience what is commonly referred to as “Being Comfortable in one’s own Skin”.
And doing so they can easily work through any feelings of personal deficiency. Because once a person becomes fully present that is when Charisma becomes their own, and their confidence and success will emerge.
Once you become fully present you already connect with 2 of Cobane's important principles which are Presense and Warmth. The only other principle that one may or may not have is Power.
However, many powerful people have charsima due to their role in a company or in politics or in wealth, however once their role or wealth disappears, their charisma will disappear. But if instead, you decide to work on being present and comfortable within your own skin, charisma will be yours for your lifetime.
Brain ~ (The Goal ~ Creating Presence)
Every success begins in the mind. However, through Neuro Science we know that there are different regions of the brain in which people live. Most people live within what I will refer to as the top brain region. It is a very strong critical region of your mind.
In fact, as you moved from a child, you lived in the center region, and as you went to school, knowledge moved to the move out of the center and into the top part of your brain as you gained skills to help you on the job. And after you entered that region, living within that region was not a good choice.
What you wiil want to learn is how to spend more of your time through rewiring your brain, into the pineal region of the brain center which is a more relaxed and more confident way of living. Yes to get information you will need to go into the top region, but you don’t want to live there only visit.
However, it takes practice and changing how you think and you making a neuro plasticity shift and obtain presence and Charisma, which will make you happy.
Happiness is something that every person wants to achieve and we will show you how you’ll become a happier person. But happiness, all begins once you becoming fully “Present”.
Breathing ~ (The Goal Creating Presence)
Both Stanford and Harvard did studies on charisma and confidence. What they discovered was that when they showed picture of people who were happy or in a loving family, they found that people would breathe deeper. But once they changed the picture to seeing person in an accident, or in a bad mood etc. they noticed that their subject’s breathe would become shallower.
Both Stanford and Harvard began after this success on another experiment in which the 4 x 4 breathing called the BOX Breathing Method soon became a program used by the Navy Seals.
So what we want our students to use is the 4x4 BOX breathing technique. The reason it is called the BOX is because of its 4x4 structure. You can expand it longer if you want but we want you to use it by a 4x4 composition at a minimum. So how does 4x4 BOX breathing method work?
Breathe-In for 4 seconds and then hold; next breathe-Out for 4 seconds and do it for at least 2 – 3 minutes. The Seals have their men doing it for a longer period but you are not Navy Seals. However, your eventual goal is to make this 4 x 4 breathing pattern to become a part of most of your day. Yes it will take practice but once you get the hang of it and move into your center brain, its happy state of mind, will reward you so that you will want to breathe this way forever.
I hope you will enjoy the Cabane video below.
Getting to the chase towards showing you the shortest approach to gaining charisma, I also added Vanessa Edwards ideas on Charisma here from her 5 charismatic suggestions.
If there is one trait that will probably be the hardest for most persons to do which will offer you the biggest change towards obtaining charisma, and the number ONE trait that Vanessa's research found it was total body acceptance. In fact, I offered a post one week on this very subject on body imperfection acceptance and I had very few readers that week. That shows you how hard it is for most people to accept their bodies as is. Too often we want to find the easiest ways and leave the harder things that are necessary undone.
But if you are willing to get to the chase, and in a manner which I refer to as genuine "Tough Love", if you can accept your body with all its imperfections (love handles and all) and love your body as is all the same, then your charisma will explode. It may take time to happen, but your charisma, is on its way if you will brave up and do this hard thing.
Vanessa found that all charismatic people had to come to this important awareness before their true charismatic power could be expressed. In fact, Cabanes' video somewhat expresses a similar point of view if you listen to the question and anwer part of the video, close to the end.
Vanessa suggests that the premier attribute that you Charismatic people express is thatthey accept their imperfections and that includes even many of their imperfect bodies. This is something that is hard for many people in the West to do. Or which suggest that being comfortable in your own body, is as Vanessa suggests is the most important part of acquiring charisma.
This is also a trait that I have frequrently discussed throughout this blog.
Still don't believe then read this.
