This is SIMPLE but not EASY to do.

"CoolSculpting" using freezing and WarmSculpting you apply HEAT from a means of FRICTION by using a simple hand rotation around your midsection.
Before we begin, if you noticed Neutro System, if you are like Maria Osmond, you can receive a series of food arriving at your home for the rest of you life, but most of us taking a diet, realize that after the diet is over, most people have to return, back to their regular way of living.
So whether it is the Neutro System, Jenny Craig or the South Beach diet were they send you food, it is the same result.
Hence, most people choosing whether "CoolSculting or these other food delivery programs, they all experience what is commonly referred to as the YOYO effect. Some of the other parts of the ad when it comes to removing unwanted belly fat the ad states:
1. It uses a COLD or COOLING treatment to help you lose your belly fat.
2. On average it will take you 12 or more weeks depending on the condition to reduce your belly fat.
3. To know it is working after the procedure it may in fact feel uncomfortable but that is how you know it is working and removing that unwanted fat.
4. I have also added the approximate cost below depending on what area of your body needs fat reduction and how long it actually takes to remove your fat.
"The typical cost for CoolSculpting ranges from $500 - $4,400 with an average cost of $2,375. Costs vary by surgeon, geographic region, and the complexity of the procedure. Cost estimates are based on 3,532 reviews submitted on RealSelf."
So what is the real difference between what the second procedure that the Chinese do and what "CoolSculping" does. The Chinese method uses HEAT. Yes, for millennials the Chinese have devised a simple procedure they use to eliminate belly fat or fat on any other part of your body you want to remove apply HEAT not COLD.
So how does this second procedure work?
"This may sound hard to believe, but Dr. Stephen Chang, an M.D. and Ph.D. who’s trained in both Western and Chinese medicine, states that this simple 2-minute internal exercise, which does not come from Western medicine, but rather from the wisdom of ancient Chinese sages — has been used successfully as a self-healing stomach remedy for over 6,000 years.
According to Dr. Chang, losing weight is a simple matter of increasing the efficiency of the digestive system. If you’ve ever wondered why you fail to shed pounds even when you reduce your food and/or caloric intake; the reason is because your digestive and eliminatory systems are not functioning efficiently.
The following 2-minute stomach exercise works like a gentle colonic irrigation that helps speed up a sluggish digestive system (which usually carries at least 5 pounds of fecal matter within it), and this elimination of useless sludge has the effect of burning off excess fat. I used this guide that Dr. Chang suggested at first using this slowing motion, but after reviewing the effects that patients experience "CoolSculpting" after listening to its ad and that it might be uncomfortable after the procedure, I noticed as I did it slowly for 2 minutes in the morning and the evening it was not uncomfortable. So I decided to start slowly at first and then speed it up a bit more but slowly begin to increase the amount of speed to increase its HEAT. I decided that if "CoolSculpting" took cold to reduce fat cells, then that WarmSculping required more heat to do the same. So that is why I changed the Dr. Chang method a bit.
Also, after adding bit more repetitions and increasing speed, it felt a bit more uncomfortable around my midsection too. Like "CoolSculpting" suggesting that COLDNESS and being slightly uncomfortable around the belly regions, that if my belly area felt warm and slightly uncomfortable to it must be breaking up the fat. "CoolSculpting" also suggest it will take more than 12 weeks, so even though this process may be fast with WarmSculpting, remember that it took years for you to put it on, so give yourself plenty of time, to take off.
In summary two things are required with the slight alteration of the Chang approach. But you will notice both of these two factors to know that WarmSculpting is working. I believe that if both of these things are not experienced, then your self message fat buring process is not working.
1. Your belly as you are applying the circular motion must feels WARM.
2. Your belly will also feel not a lot but slightly uncomfortable after your self massage session is over.
3. Do it on a daily basis and be patient with this process and it may take a bit more than 12 weeks, but it works.
I believe that breaking the fat either requires cold or heat to break down the molecules so that is why I changed Dr. Chang's standards from a slower to gradually sped up my rotation to experience the 2 above effects WARM and SLIGHTLY TINGLY OR UNCONFORTABLE to know it is WORKING.
You can also use this same technique to your buns or thighs or any other fatty part of you body where you desire fat to be removed.
All I can tell you is that WarmSculpting has worked for me and I hope it can work for you too. I also apply a moderate rather and an extreme Ketogenic diet that I use along with this practice.
